Malay Local Food Knowledge and Young Generation Practices in Johor

The purpose of the article is to disclose demand Malay traditional kuih with differing levels acceptance among consumer in Peninsular Malaysia. Malaysia well-known for being a diverse society wide variety culinary characteristics. became dessert Malaysian cuisine due historical influences. This study examined quality, taste, and kuih, particularly during festive occasions especially wedding festivals. In needed respond research's objectives complete study, three independent variables were investigated. addition, this study's methodology consistent survey research design. used questionnaires collect information from participants across 250 sets given out, analysis was performed using window version IBM's Statistical Package Social Science (SSPS) 27.0 programme. results showed positive association between criteria demand. Besides, hoped contribute further refining food knowledge specifically its society.
